Green Elk Holdings was formed in 2016 by two individuals with a single mission: create quality developments while generating value for our investors. Our business model is straightforward.identify and solicit a consistent stream of motivated sellers, including those who are inactive in, or otherwise want out of, the commercial real estate market. The properties we pursue are primarily ground-up and rehabilitation projects, which then become long-term holds for our company. Occasionally we will redeveloped and sell assets quickly at market prices to generate additional working capital for the company.
