Green Elk Holdings acts not only as developer of new or rehabilitative projects, but also manages all of the company's real estate holdings.  One of the main focuses for our company is to engage with like-minded professionals for long-term investments.  It is our belief that working together cooperatively with our investors, partners, and all of our professionals generates better relationships that will last through the duration of our holdings. Typically, we shoot for ten-year holds on most projects.  If you are looking for a buy-then-flip quick buck, Green Elk Holdings is not for you.
